Participants in FUTURA C always take part in a pair of workshops, attending one workshop in France and one in Germany. The two workshops complement each other thematically: one focuses on sustainability, the other on inclusion. This structure ensures that participants gain a holistic understanding of how to create cultural events that are both environmentally responsible and socially inclusive—while building strong cross-border connections with fellow professionals.

In the face of ecological and social challenges, we choose to respond with imagination, creativity, and drive. We believe that everyone can be a driving force for change and that together — by sharing our visions, desires, and utopias — we pave the way to a desirable future.
Because our times need stories that give meaning. Because we want to escape the prevailing fatalism and awaken a desire for collective action. Because imagining a different future already means beginning to build it.
Together, participants shape a sustainable and inclusive cultural scene through a journey into the future, through which they can map out concrete action plans to chart a course of action for their own projects.

Because utopias change the world. As Sandrine Roudaut says: “The great advances of humanity that we take for granted today— our rights as well as innovations — are the utopias of yesterday.”
For the past four years, Tshin-Ilya has been active in ecological transformation and social innovation, supporting social and solidarity economy (SSE) organizations, artistic collectives, and associations — such as Mouvement Impact France, Solinum, and Espac101 — in developing their impact strategies. Combining her passions for organizations’ environmental goals and event management, she co-led the creation of Fairly Score, an impact framework for the cultural sector.
In 2024, Laetitia co-founded with Laura a professional practice dedicated to supporting private and public organizations to raise awareness among all employees, enabling them to reconnect with their capacity for action and bring forth their visions of a sustainable society — all with enthusiasm — to move beyond pessimism and fatalism. She is deeply convinced that networks and the support provided by a group of peers enable people to take responsibility for co-creating a more sustainable and more united world.
The 2030 Glorieuses are driven by a community of visionaries who imagine and create experiences to collectively envision a more just, sustainable, and happier future—and to make it a reality starting now.

The goal of this workshop is to offer the basics of accessible event planning in a practical way and how cultural offerings can be designed to be accessible to people with both visible and invisible disabilities.
In the cross-thematic workshop “Accessible event planning & community management”, the speakers will cover the basics of accessible event planning and demonstrate, in a practical way, how cultural offerings can be designed to be accessible to people with both visible and invisible disabilities:
The experts will address these and other questions, offering insights into the everyday realities of people with disabilities through personal and multi-perspective anecdotes, as they advocate for self-determined living and cultural participation for all.
Workshop duration: 6 hours (including breaks)
Speakers: People with disabilities as experts on their own lives (usually one wheelchair user and one blind person)
The Barrierefrei Feiern initiative is a nationwide collective of people with disabilities and their allies that campaigns for accessible cultural events. Through its associated consultancy agency, WIR KÜMMERN UNS, experts are provided to advise and support event organisers, festivals, cultural institutions, local authorities, collectives, clubs and associations in developing inclusive cultural strategies.
